In addition, we are required by certain of the exchanges that provide us with real-time quotes (e.g., NYSE) to keep on file certain information provided to us by users who register to receive real-time quotes. This information includes the acknowledgement of the user that he or she is not using the real-time quotes for professional brokerage purposes. earthsphere.com maintains this information only for purposes of complying with the requirements of the exchanges providing the real-time quote feeds and will provide such information only to an exchange and only if the exchange requests the information from us or if we are otherwise required to do so by law.

Also, if you have registered as a member through our online registration system and have subscribed to one or more of our e-mail newsletters and do not want to receive such e-mail newsletter(s) from us in the future, please discontinue your subscriptions by replying to our email with "unsubscribe" on the subject line.

In addition, in the event earthsphere.com plans to post any such information on the Site, earthsphere.com will undertake to notify you of this possibility when you provide the information or, if possible, will notify you when the information is posted.

Children and Privacy
earthsphere.com encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online, and to be fully familiar with the sites visited by their children. At various places on earthsphere.com, we will ask whether users are under the age of 18, or 13, for example when requesting personal information from users, or earthsphere.com may ask for parental consent. Message Boards and Chat

As set forth in earthsphere.com’s Usage Agreement, users of chat areas and message boards must follow acceptable standards of behavior when posting messages online.

Links to Other Sites
It is important to note that earthsphere.com contains links to sites other than earthsphere.com, and that those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as earthsphere.com. For instance, if you click on an advertisement on earthsphere.com, this will take you away from earthsphere.com to an entirely different site. This can include links from advertisers, content providers and partners who may use earthsphere.com’s logo and or style as a result of a co-branding agreement.
